Our SPD-500mm Cast Iron V-Belt Pulley is a high-performance medium to heavy-duty power transmission component, specifically designed for industrial motors, conveyor systems, air compressors, agricultural machinery, and other mechanical equipment.
Manufactured from premium grade high-strength grey cast iron (HT250), it features a reinforced structure with precision lightening holes, which effectively reduce rotational inertia while maintaining superior strength, rigidity, and load-bearing capacity, ensuring stable operation under medium to heavy loads and continuous working conditions. The precision-machined grooves perfectly match standard V-belts, minimizing belt slippage, reducing energy loss, and extending belt service life.
Each pulley is equipped with a standard bore with keyway and set screw hole for easy installation and secure locking on the motor shaft. Available in raw cast iron finish, or with anti-corrosion painting for enhanced rust protection in harsh environments. We also offer full customization of bore size, keyway, groove number, and surface treatment to meet specific application requirements.
